For those who know me or have read my "About Me" section, know that I am a Kentucky Native. As a young aspiring equestrian, my favorite thing to do was attend this prestigious 5* Event every year with my mom. It was my most favorite mother/daughter bonding trip! Unfortunately its something I haven't been able to do with her for the past 5 years. Between the COVID chaos, and living in Texas, it has made it much harder to get back home for this event. Especially since it normally falls the same weekend of the BBR Finals in Oklahoma City, OK too. Well this year was different and the BBR was a week prior. Covid restrictions were lessened and spectators were allowed to attend again. So, I booked a flight and tickets and told my mom to not make any plans because we were going back to the Kentucky Horse Park for our favorite event!
